Quality
The same four stages apply to every product line, from a 25 kg bag of grains to a palletised order of lamps.
Rock salt is taken from the mine in graded lots and inspected for colour consistency and visible contamination before it enters the yard.
Material is crushed and screened to the ordered grain size. Off-specification fractions are separated and returned to the appropriate grade.
Product is filled into the packing agreed on the proforma invoice — retail packs, PP bags, jumbo bags or cartons — and weighed at fill.
Each lot is checked against the order specification for grain size, weight, moisture and packing condition before loading. Third-party inspection is arranged on request.
