What is your minimum order quantity?
Flexible — agreed against your requirement — there is no fixed floor. Tell us the quantity you need and we quote it; mixed containers combining several products are accepted, and the quantity is fixed on the proforma invoice before production.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of any listed product can be sent by courier. Sample pieces are provided free of charge; the courier cost is charged to the buyer and credited against the first order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer) or L/C at sight. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
What is the production lead time?
5 to 30 days, depending on quantity, packing and destination. A small, ready-packed order can move in about five days; a large or fully private-label order takes closer to thirty. The exact date is fixed on the proforma invoice before production starts, and sailing time from Karachi to your port is added after loading.
Do you produce private-label and printed packaging?
Yes. Retail packs can be produced under the buyer's brand with printed labels, printed cartons or supplied artwork. Print-ready artwork and a signed digital proof are required before production.
Which shipping terms do you quote on?
FOB Karachi, CIF, CFR. Quotations state the incoterm, port and packing so the landed cost can be compared directly.
What certifications and documents do you supply?
Every shipment is accompanied by: Commercial invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin, Phytosanitary certificate (where required). Certification scans held on file are listed on the Quality page.
How do I place an order?
Send an inquiry with product, grade, quantity and destination port. You receive a quotation, then a sample if required, then a proforma invoice. Production and quality control follow the advance payment, and shipping documents are couriered after loading.
